Cash Money signee Bow Wow drops his latest and what he claims to be, last mix-tape before his Cash Money debut, Underrated, set to be released 12/6. I've got to say, this tape REALLY surprised me. Who Will Survive in America? Troy Davis Executed - 9/21

This post is irrelevant to music and fashion, but has just as much of a right to be acknowledged as any other post I've done. Sadly, Troy Davis, a black male accused of murdering a white cop back in 1989, has been executed. It's been two decades since Davis was charged, and even after 7 out of 9 witnesses against Davis have recanted, the state of Georgia decided go on with the execution regardless. Hopefully the eyes of many that are blinded by the system are opened and realize that racially, things still aren't the way they should be in this country. Who will survive in America? R.I.P. Troy Davis. Many hearts are heavy. Your supporters, family, and soul are in the prayers of many. This my friends, is NOT dope.

Nike Takes Sneakerheads "Back to the Future"

Nike recently auctioned off 1500 pairs of these limited edition Nike "Mags". Now you probably remember seeing these kicks on the feet Michael J. Fox's character, Marty McFly, in the 1989 American science fiction comedy film, Back to the Future Part II. Nike teamed up with the Michael J. Fox Foundation to raise money to help find a cure for Parkinson's disease. The sneaker's light up feature can go for 4 hours with the shoe being fully charged. Yes, I said the SHOE BEING FULLY CHARGED lol Although many were upset about the shoe not having the power lace feature, you can be sure find it in the year 2015. But for now, this is still one dope ass sneaker. 

Nike LeBron 9 "China"

Photos of the Nike LeBron 9 "China" kicks have surfaced and have caught the eyes and probably hearts of many sneakerheads. This shoe is super dope. The tonal blue and orange infused color way is absolutely perfect. Although I'm not too fond of the Miami and bred color way's of the shoe, this one most definitely stood out to me. There is still no official release date for this dope ass sneaker, but be on the look out.

Tyga showcases his first artist to sign to his label, Last Kings. The artist is a young femcee hailing from Toronto, Canada who goes by the name of "Honey Cocaine". The two exchange dope ass verses over a dope ass beat. The track is expected be on T-Raww's upcoming project "#B*tchImTheSh*t".

"Cole World: The Sideline Story" Leaks a Week Before Scheduled Date

Hip-hop's story teller, J. Cole's, debut album has leaked. Scheduled to be released 9/27, the album hit the net late Monday night. I have taken the time out to listen to the album and personally feel like it's "album of the year" material. Songs that really stood out to me were, "Dollar and a Dream III", "Sideline Story", "Lost Ones", "Nobody's Perfect (feat. Missy Elliot)", and "Rise and Shine". The album is EXACTLY what I expected it to be. You can tell Cole definitely put his all into this project and deserves to be rewarded on 9/27. Get out there on the release date and buy this classic. You won't regret it.
